Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of FitBot websites, applications, AI fashion tools, and social publishing features. By using FitBot, you agree to these terms.
Using FitBot
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use FitBot only for lawful business or personal purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
User Content
You retain ownership of photos, videos, captions, product information, and other content you provide. You grant FitBot the limited permission needed to process, transform, store, and publish that content when you request a FitBot feature.
Connected Social Accounts
When you connect Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or another platform, you authorize FitBot to access the approved account data and publish only according to the permissions and workflow you select. You can disconnect an account and stop future publishing at any time.
AI-Generated Content
AI results may contain errors or unexpected details. You must review generated content, rights, claims, and platform compliance before commercial use or publication. FitBot does not guarantee a particular creative or commercial result.
Digital Credits
FitBot credits are an internal digital unit used only for eligible FitBot features such as virtual try-on. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred between users, and have no cash value outside FitBot.
Telegram Stars Payments
Consumer credit packages inside Telegram are sold in Telegram Stars (XTR). The package, number of credits, and Stars price shown by FitBot are confirmed by the FitBot server when an invoice is created. Credits are issued only after Telegram confirms a successful payment; closing or cancelling an invoice does not add credits.
Refunds and Payment Support
Contact FitBot through /paysupport or the support page with your package, Telegram username, FitBot order ID, and a short description. Do not post passwords, bot tokens, or a full payment charge ID. Eligible refunds are full Telegram Stars refunds to the original payer and may remove the corresponding unused FitBot credits. A refund that arrives after credits were used may temporarily restrict purchases while support reconciles the account.
Prohibited Use
Do not use FitBot to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others, distribute illegal or deceptive material, bypass platform safeguards, disrupt the service, or upload content you are not authorized to use.
Third-Party Services
Features may depend on Telegram, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, hosting providers, payment providers, and AI services. Their own terms and availability also apply, and FitBot is not responsible for changes or interruptions controlled by those providers.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, legal compliance, quality, or platform compatibility. We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page.
Intellectual Property
FitBot software, product design, brand assets, and documentation remain the property of FitBot and its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the FitBot service.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these terms, security risks, non-payment, or unlawful activity. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimer and Liability
FitBot is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. FitBot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, third-party platform decisions, or content published without appropriate user review.
