For payment help, send the package, your Telegram username, FitBot order ID, and a short description. A screenshot is welcome, but never post a password, bot token, or full payment charge ID.
Use /paysupport in the FitBot client bot for purchases and refunds. Telegram support does not manage FitBot purchases; FitBot support reviews eligible full Stars refunds.
